The housing situation is really tough in the Netherlands even worse when you are coming in as an expat.
Relocify removed the burden from me by scheduling and attending viewings on my behalf, offering some invaluable advice to not make a mistake on the commitment and investment you make when you rent a place for yourself in the early years of your stay in the country.
My signing in was a breeze with the great assistance I received from Sherissa who helped me inspect the house and communicate with the agency renting out the house, she prompted great questions that led to great start at my living in the Netherlands.
The app is amazing and intuitive. The customer service was top notch and very responsive and it made me feel at ease on the anxieties caused by moving.
Special thanks to Gulce and Jayden for the help they provided me on my relocation journey. They are very friendly too!
Not only did they assist me in getting accomodation but they also helped me navigate the challenges only an expat would experience and shared a sea of knowledge in order to get the most on my move.
I would have given more than a 5 star if I could!

Incredibly happy with my experience using Relocify to relocate to Amsterdam, from Dublin Ireland.
Gulce and Jayden both clearly work incredibly hard to make everything smooth for you - I had 100 questions and they had 150 answers :) A huge selling point of the service is their constant willingness to help out whenever, Gulce has an incredible wealth of knowledge and is a delight to work with to find a place.
It made something new and uncertain (moving countries) into a super smooth process where I felt I was not missing out by doing remote viewings. In total it took about 3 weeks of viewings in the competitive Amsterdam rental scene to find a great place I am very satisfied with.
When you do the maths and compare using Relocify vs doing the search locally and paying for accommodation, Relocifys fee structure is worth it - you also save out on the stress of booking time off work to go to viewings, communicating with makelaars, etc.
If you're also in the same situation I was of wanting to move but being unsure if you could find a rental in Amsterdam's competitive market, I strongly recommend reaching out to Relocify.

Great experience with Relocify.
We were able to find a rental home in 3 weeks while still living outside of NL, they did everything for us and even brought the keys to us at the airport when we arrived late after business hours. Amazing service overall, we are super happy and I don't think we would've been able to find a place to live before entering the country without Relocify - especially as we have a dog.
The only thing is that the listings provided sometimes appeared quite slow, meaning that we were able to find listings quicker ourself or using services like RentSlam. However, Relocify Team took over super fast when we sent them listings outside of their offering. Often they appeared in Relocify app later as well.

The service of Relocify was a real game-changer!
It allowed us to hunt for apartments in Amsterdam remotely and swiftly. The timed framework (you need to react within 24h-48h) helped us to get the speed necessary to have a chance in the overcrowded rental market. With Relocify it took us two month to find our dream place without having been one day to the city (allowing is to continue our business as usual until the very last day).
Gulce & Jayden were extremely patient and helpful.
The service is an innovative fusion of bots (monitoring renal offers), personalised filters, well organised processes and a very friendly team that you can trust will represent your interests well.
I hope Relocify or something similar will be available in other European cities soon as well.

At first, I had doubts about whether it was worth paying the fee for an agency to help me find an apartment.
However, I quickly realized that if you’re an expat, finding a place in Amsterdam or the surrounding areas without help is almost impossible.
I had a meeting with Fjori, and she immediately gave me a lot of confidence because she seemed very capable.
Just 1–2 weeks later, I had already secured an apartment, only 15 minutes by bike from Amsterdam city center.
This was all thanks to the professionalism of the entire agency and especially Fjori, who provided outstanding support throughout the process.
I didn’t have to worry about anything beyond choosing which houses I liked, they handled absolutely everything else.

Shoutout to Fjori and the Relocify team that helps us out in finding our first apartment here in Holland.
Everyone on the team is very professional, easy to talk to and helpful. Appreciate the effort in coming to multiple viewings on multiple locations, from explaining clearly the requirements the landlord is looking up to the time of move-in, everything went smooth. Even though we would have hope to get it on a price within our budget but hey, if the added perks is a good & peaceful neighborhood and a you get dedicated parking space & storage unit, adding a little to your budget is worth it :D. I can say that after moving in & stayed for 2 months now, me & my wife is loving our home so far. We definitely recommend Relocify 100%.

I loved the experience!!
When I decided to move to NL, friends and colleagues warmed me that finding an apartment could take forever, specially if living abroad. That was not the case at all. Relocify made the entire process smooth and easy.
First, I had a one-2-one call with one of their agents, she (Shout out to Fjori) took note of my requirements, explain me the steps to follow.
After one week of search few views were scheduled, and just like in a Rom-Com, everything was super fast, in less that a week after we started looking I signed the contract.
I avoided dealing with multiple websites, agencies, people, and even Dutch, Fjori support me the entire process.

Honest review: if you aren’t able to be in The Netherlands and need to find an apartment to rent I highly recommend Relocify.
They are very transparent with their pricing and what is possible for your budget. They are friendly and responsive and we would be in an AirBnB spending thousands while we tried to do it ourselves.
We had contacted them 30 July with the aim of getting an apartment for Sept 1, and we got exactly that within our budget. They go to viewings and are clear about the pros and cons, they check the rental contract and explain everything, they even come to the key handover. Elif and Hana were the two team members we worked with most and they were really lovely.

Finding a nice place to live in Amsterdam is a really challenging job, but thanks to Gulce and Relocify, I have gotten my rental contract signed already two months prior to my arrival to Amsterdam.
I was new in town but Gulce managed to get for me a really cozy place, fully furnished and in the perfect location (10' biking to the office, 10' biking to the city centre).
Also, the landlord is really friendly and accommodating and the rent I pay is definitely competitive considering the overall situation in Amsterdam.
The sad day I will have to leave this place, there is no doubt that I will ask for Gulce's support again!

The fist thing I thought about when I started using Relocify was, Is this real do they actually get you an apartment?
And my answer to past-self ... YES it is, they work hard to get you an apartment, and yes, it is a expensive service, BUT they are there for your questions, they are for the advices.
Many times I asked for suggestions, and they were always honest and very instructed in the matter, and even after having the contract they support you.
I'm thankful to Gulce, it was a hard process because I have a cat but we still did it. ✨

Highly recommend using Relocify!
We were helped by Yulia and she was great: she explained everything very well, she was fully transparent and constantly kept our expectations realistic. She gave us lots of advice that was adjusted to our specific situation, and always responded super fast.
